We are excited to announce the release of the OpenAPI for Tidio!

This new feature allows for easy retrieval and sending of data to and from Tidio, including contacts, conversations, and contact properties.

With OpenAPI, customers can integrate Tidio with their existing ecosystem, specifically in the CRM category. This means that any CRM solution should be able to retrieve or add/update contacts from and to Tidio and retrieve the conversation with visitors.

With the API it’s possible to

• Contacts

  • Get contacts

  • Create contact

  • Update contact properties

  • Get contact properties

• Conversations

  • Get contact messages

• Operators

  • Get operators

💡 Currently, OpenAPI is only available for Tidio+ customers.
