Addressing one of the common challenges our customers frequently report – visitors exiting websites without closing their conversations with Chat Agents – we've developed a new feature. From this point forward, Tidio will extend its support by sending an email to any visitor who doesn't read the chat messages.

Email is sent in 15 minutes after the last unread message, ensuring that your visitors are always in the loop, even if they momentarily step away from the chat. This email includes:

- All unread messages conveniently placed at the top for immediate visibility

- The current chat transcript to provide visitors with the context of the Chat Agent's reply
